1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account or using ExpenseAI (operated by J5 AI Ventures LLC) at getaiadmin.com, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the service. These terms apply to all users, including SMS users who interact via text message.
2. Description of Service
ExpenseAI is an AI-powered expense management platform that allows users to:
- Log expenses via SMS text messaging, web chat, or receipt photo upload
- Receive AI-generated categorization and expense report updates via SMS
- Submit expenses to an approval workflow
- Sync approved expenses with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks)
- Receive one-time passcodes (OTPs) for two-factor authentication (2FA)
3. SMS Messaging Terms
SMS Opt-In Consent
By providing your mobile phone number and checking the SMS consent checkbox during registration at getaiadmin.com/register, you agree to receive text messages from ExpenseAI, including:
- One-time passcodes (OTPs) for account login and two-factor authentication
- AI chatbot responses to expense messages you send via SMS
- Expense categorization confirmations (e.g., "Your receipt from Restaurant XYZ for $47.50 has been categorized under Business Travel")
- Receipt processing status updates
- Account alerts and notifications
Message frequency: Varies. You may receive a message each time you submit an expense via SMS, request a 2FA code, or when expense status changes.
Message and data rates may apply. Contact your wireless carrier for details.
Opt-Out Instructions
To stop receiving SMS messages from ExpenseAI at any time:
- Reply STOP to any message from ExpenseAI. You will receive a final confirmation and no further messages will be sent.
- Or, go to Settings → SMS Notifications in your account and disable SMS.
Opting out of SMS will not cancel your ExpenseAI account.

Supported carriers include but are not limited to: AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, Sprint, Boost, Cricket, MetroPCS, and US Cellular. ExpenseAI is not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
4. Account Registration
You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at support@getaiadmin.com if you suspect unauthorized access.
You must be at least 18 years old to use ExpenseAI. By registering, you represent that you are 18 or older.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Submit false, fraudulent, or misleading expense information
- Use the service to process expenses for unauthorized or illegal purposes
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or abuse the platform
- Register multiple accounts to circumvent usage limits
- Share your SMS number or account access with unauthorized parties
6. AI-Generated Content
ExpenseAI uses artificial intelligence to categorize expenses and generate responses. AI categorizations are suggestions — you are responsible for reviewing, correcting, and approving all expense submissions before they are finalized. ExpenseAI is not liable for miscategorizations or errors in AI-generated content.
7. Fees and Payment
Free accounts include 20 expenses per month at no charge. Paid plans (Pro at $12/user/month, Business at $24/user/month) are billed monthly. All fees are non-refundable except where required by law. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice.
8. Intellectual Property
ExpenseAI and all related technology, trademarks, and content are owned by J5 AI Ventures LLC. You retain ownership of your expense data. By using the service, you grant us a license to process and store your data as necessary to provide the service.
9. Privacy
Your use of ExpenseAI is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
10. Disclaimer of Warranties
ExpenseAI is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that AI categorizations will be accurate.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, J5 AI Ventures LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of your use of ExpenseAI, including losses resulting from expense miscategorizations, SMS delivery failures, or data loss.
12. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account for violation of these Terms. You may cancel your account at any time from Settings. Upon termination, your data will be retained for 30 days before deletion, after which it cannot be recovered.
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of New York County, New York.
14. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or SMS. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
